Application Process

Now accepting applications for 9th and 10th grade students!

Before you apply, please be sure to check our eligibility requirements below. We accept students on a rolling basis until our class is full. Admissions is competitive. Therefore, the sooner you apply, the better!

The application for admission is completed online. Please check our school website to access the admission application platform. Every family will create an online account and will be able to submit the student admission application through the online platform. Also, the family will be able to check the status of their student application through this platform. All applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Applying early is strongly encouraged.

Submit Financial Aid Application

The financial aid application is mandatory for every family. Each family must meet the income guidelines set by the Cristo Rey Network. The financial aid application includes providing tax documents and pay stubs if available. If you do not have these forms or would like help completing the application, please contact the Admissions Office for an appointment. Families pay for school tuition as little as $50 dollars per month up to $250 per month.

Provide Additional Forms

We ask for the following documents from every student as part of the admission process. This documentation will be presented to the admission committee as part as the student file:

  • Student records
    • Must be completed by parent or guardian
  • Past student report cards and testing
    • 9th grade applicants must include a 7th grade report card, 8th grade report card for the first semester, and 7th grade standardized test scores. Transfer applicants must include a high school report card and their most recent standardized test scores.
  • Recommendation forms from teachers and principal/counselor
    • Every student must submit three letters of recommendation from an English teacher, Math teacher and Principal/Counselor. The Admissions Office can send an online form if you provide your teacher’s email address.
  • Immunization Records
    • Most recent records are required

Next Steps
Once the above steps are completed, a student will be invited to an in-person interview with the school administration and staff members. After the interview the admission committee meets to evaluate each candidate and decide the student's admission to the school.
